Observed cases of raw eggs stored in shelving unit above ready to eat whole produce in walk-in refrigeration unit. Ensure to store raw eggs at bottom shelf to prevent cross contamination. Operator proceeded to relocate eggs at bottom shelf at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a plastic tray of half gallon cartons of milk sitting on the ground near the front of the cooler. The surface temperature of the cartons measured between 52-54°F. When informed, employee stated the milk had only been out for 15 minutes and kept out of the way because other employee was stocking product. Employee returned the milk to the cooler to allow the food to return to a temperature of <41°F. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
