Observed the slicer used to cut raw meats had visible pieces of meat on the blades. Per the PIC the slicer, which is at room temperature, is cleaned and sanitized only 1 time per day. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are to be cleaned throughout the day at least every 4 hours when stored above 55F. The PIC had employee clean the slicer at the time of this inspection and will use a time sticker to ensure washing and sanitizing is completed within the allowed time.
