Observed ham and cheese Lunchables, tuna sandwiches, and Italian sandwiches in grab-and-go cold holding unit measuring 45 *F with infrared thermometer. Items out of temperature (41*F or above) were those on side farthest from vents and closer to ambient air. Person in charge (PIC) stated they received those items in their delivery earlier that morning 3 hours prior. PIC moved first row items to refrigerator in backroom to cool down and to reduce overpacking of cold holding unit.
