Observed black organic matter speckled around the walk-in ceiling, walls, and many of the shelving units and their beverage racks. Informed PIC that this area needs to be cleaned and continue to be cleaned at a rate which precludes the accumulation of organic matter and other debris. Observed ice build-up coming from the condenser of the reach-in freezer unit and falling onto food product. Informed PIC that the ice needs to be cleaned up and the food needs to be kept away from the ice. PIC removed the food from below the ice build-up at time of inspection. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
