Inspector's notes
Observed some black, organic matter on the inside of one of the water dispenser nozzles at the establishment. Discussed with person in charge to clean the water nozzles on a regular basis to minimize the accumulation of organic matter. Person in charge will clean the water nozzles. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Repeat Violation Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions ---Observed black slime-like substance on panel in ice machine next to 3 compartment sink, PIC is new and is no aware of cleaning frequency/ schedule for ice machine. Discussed with PIC to clean ice machines more frequently and maintain free of organic growth. Core-6-101.11, C: Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas ---Observed various missing tiles in back room of the establishment in front of the ice machine, three compartment sink and the mop sink. Discussed with person in charge on replacing the tiles so that they are a smooth and easily cleanable surface. Fix or replace floor tiles by the next routine inspection so that is it smooth and easily cleanable.
