2ND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Observed an accumulation of dust and debris on the exhaust hood above the stove. Discussed cleaning the exterior of the hood to prevent food contamination from falling debris. Intake and exhaust air ducts shall be cleaned and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination by dust, dirt, and other materials. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
