Core-3-305.11, C: Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises Observed multiple cases of beverages stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler. All cases were constructed of cardboard and showing signs of moisture absorption. Chef stated that they would be addressed with staff.
