Inspector's notes

Observed hand wash sink located in the meat cutting room to be non functioning at time of inspection. Per employee in the meat cutting room the water to the hand wash sink was turning off due to the sink was leaking. A handwashing sink must be maintained so that it is always accessible for employee use and may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 4/15/2026.

Inspector's notes

Observed mussels in the walk-in cooler without a shell fish tag. Per employee, she observed the mussels in the walk-in this morning, but did not pull them to be put in the walk-in cooler. Shellstock without shellstock tags was discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Also observed fresh mussels, little neck clams, and oysters being sold keeping tags onsite for 90 days but at time no last sold date was being marked on tags. Shellstock tags must be kept with shellstock until sold, dated with final sale date, and maintained in chronological order for 90 days onsite. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 4/15/2026.
