Facility had a temperature reading at the walkin of 51F this morning.Repair person was on site working on the unit. Found the self closer isn't working too, and a small gap in the rubber under the walkin door is visible. The manager had removed all TCS foods from the walkin prior to my visit, and had no TCS foods at any time during the inspection.Will check back in a week after the repair is done.The facility has plenty of walkin space on site for all food items.**Also talked about the remodel application submission needed on the 2 new walkins that have been removed, and are about to be installed.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Review Notes: DC-RLC added legal clause,Review Complete: CHECKED,Food Manager Licenses: 1,Award: Re-Inspection,Signer: Anna Beebe

Manager had put in a work order for the walkin 2 hours ago. Manager embargoed all TCS foods in fridge for more than 4 hours, see embargo list. Ensure that all TCS foods in cold holding sections are kept at 41F or less. Facility has several walkin fridges and plenty of capacity for cold holding of foods on site.
