Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below.

Observed upright residential refrigerator with an internal temperature of 64*f. PIC stated refrigerator would be removed and/or replaced prior to next routine inspection. Only TCS food stored in refrigerator were hot dogs and they were moved to freezer to rapidly chill to 41*f. All items will be cooked/served within 4 hours.
