Inspector's notes
Observed no hot water coming out of any of the hand sinks in the kitchen. As per manager, no hot water present in the entire kitchen. Water temperature got up to 81F. Cold water is present at all the sinks, but no hot water comes out of the hot faucets. Talked to staff about sink requirements. Ensure there is hot water present at each sink in the kitchen, especially hand sinks. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.

Predefined Comment: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Sent picture of at least 100F hot water in the kitchen for re-inspection.

Observed shut off nozzle attached to hose that is still attached to atmospheric vacuum breaker supplied mop sink just outside the back door of the kitchen. As per kitchen staff, they use that mop sink. Talked to staff about mop sink requirements, and removed the hose attachment. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
