Observed no paper towels at the only hand wash sink behind the bar. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC will provide hand drying provision prior to opening this evening. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 2nd Repeat.

Observed a bottle of liquor in direct contact with ice inside the ice bin compartment behind the bar. The person in charge stated the ice in the bin was ice used for consumption then removed the liquor bottle and burned the ice to be replaced with new ice.
