Inspector's notes

Observed handwashing sink located on the north side of the building clogged and not draining properly. Clogged hand sink is located in the food preparation area and used during preparation activities. Person in charge stated work order was submitted today. All hand-washing sinks must be operable. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 08/21/2026.
