Observed the drain lines from the dishwasher, three compartment sink, prep sink, and ice machine in the food prep/storage area below the flood rim of the floor drain creating an air brake where an air gap is required. Advised Person in Charge (PIC) that all plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed employee's soda being stored on a shelf in the walk in cooler closest to the mop sink above lettuce and below other food items. Informed PIC that employees must have a designated area for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco and needs to be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
