No County legal action will result from this inspection.A y-valve or side kick was connected to the mop sink, that has an AVB backflow, at time of inspection. The establishment's AC went out recently and has a swamp cooler connected to the mop sink per the y-valve. Explained to PIC that the AVB valve is not designed to be continuously under pressure and that there shouldn't be any obstructions downstream from the AVB valve. This could result in the backflow prevention device to fail. Discussed with PIC about removing y-valve.
