In the right reach in cooler, observed individually packaged Shamrock milks and Naked juices at 47-51 degrees F. Ambient temperature of the unit was 57.5. Person in charge (PIC) stated cooler just went down earlier today and has already filed a request to have the unit repaired. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. PIC relocated TCS items to alternative refrigeration at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection
