Observed that the Fresh Fast Food refrigeration unit was holding with an ambient temperature of 58*F. Equipment must hold food at 41*F or lower. Spoke with owner and repair company was contacted to repair. All Temperature Control for Safety Foods were embargoed and discarded Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection to verify Fresh Fast Food refrigerator can keep food at 41*F will be completed on or before Thursday, August 21, 2025
