Inspector's notes

Observed meat band saw with visible food debris on the food contact surfaces, located in the meat processing area. Per PIC, the saw had not been used for at least 12 hours prior to date of inspection. The meat processing area is a refrigerated room with an ambient temperature of 43-44'F at time of inspection. Discussed cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces with PIC. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
