Hot water at 110F was unavailable at mop sink closest to loading docks. Also observed that atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) at this mop sink's faucet is damaged or missing. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
