Inspector's notes
Establishment only has quaternary ammonium (quat) test strips available. Per person in charge (PIC), establishment uses a chlorine sanitizer (i.e. bleach) for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Food contact surfaces for TCS foods must be scraped or pre-rinsed, washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried. Chlorine sanitizer solution concentrations must be maintained at 50-100ppm. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Re-inspection is tentatively scheduled for 5/14/2026.

Observed two cans of Raid pesticide being stored in the dry storage area next to the 2-door standing refrigerator in the warewashing area. Discussed active pest control with PIC. Per PIC, these cans were not in-use and they confirmed having active pest control for the establishment. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
