Upon re-inspection all violations have been corrected. The small reach-in cooler,under the ice cream machine, is not fixed or in use. A sign on the door of the reach-in cooler states "Not Working". Person in charge (PIC) showed receipt of purchase for the replacement reach-in cooler. PIC advised it should arrive soon. Advised PIC to not fill new cooler with Time/ Temperature Control for Safety foods until the ambient temperature of the working reach-in reaches 41 degrees F. Foods included ice coffees with dairy, chocolate pies (manufacturer label specific need to be refrigerated), and bottled milk. Embargoed the listed items at time of inspection due to Person in Charge (PIC) not knowing how long the foods has been out of temperature. Minimum temperature of the unit showed 48*F on ambient thermometer. Told PIC not to use that cooler for TCS items until it can be fixed or switched out. After discussion with the person in charge, it has been determined that the root cause of the violation was verifying results, which resulted in the violation. There are no other cooling units conveniently located near the drive though. The unit is used frequently to prepare ice creams and ice coffees. Please have unit serviced/fixed to hold at proper cold holding temperature of 41*F prior to re-inspection on 8/17/2023. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
