Sink is required for hand washing prior to scooping ice from ice machine. Person in Charge removed items from sink basin during time of inspection. Ensure hand washing sinks are for hand washing only and that sinks remain accessible at all times of operation. No soap available at hand sink during time of inspection. Person in charge supplied sink with soap for hand washing at time of inspection. Glassware observed sitting inside bar hand sink basin and was removed during time of inspection.
