Arrived on site with RS #1479 to discuss previous inspection. Establishment has moved a rolling cooler and a scoop ice cream unit to south end of building to block children from entering kitchen. If ice cream is to be scooped in this area or any other open food handling is to occur, you will be required to install a handwashing sink (no ice cream in unit at time of visit). For flat top pupusa grill area, there is no hand sink. Employees must go to back of kitchen to wash hands. If there are hand washing deficiencies on future inspections at front pupusa area, you may be required to install a hand washing sink in this area as well.
