Observed cook line employee in 3-comp sink area drop clean container lid on ground and rinse of with water, dunk in sanitizer solution for less than 10 seconds and re spray off sanitizer. Instructed employee on proper procedure of wash, rinse, and sanitize and air dry. employee did so and instead used a different clean lid. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
