Please ensure reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow assemblies at water filtration system and underneath glassware rinsers are tested at least once every 12 months and that these records are available upon request. Atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) at mop sink should not be kept under continuous pressure. Please ensure hose with spray nozzle is disconnected when not in use so as to not provide continuous backpressure on the system.

Observed no hand drying provision provided at either hand sink on the assembly line. Also observed no functional air dryer in the restroom. Discussed the need for a hand drying provision at every designated hand sink during all hours of operation with PIC. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. The person in charge was asked what their cleaning process was and explained the utensils had already been cleaned and air dried. The person in charge was informed if there are still deposits of organic matter additional cleaning steps will be needed.
