Observed small leak at the faucet head of the 3-comp sink located in the back food prep area. Discussed submitting a work order with PIC, who stated they would address the issue immediately. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
