Observed 8 containers of sliced tomatoes in the mini refrigerator next to the salad bar ranging from 44*F to 48*F using probe thermometer (verified by person in charge). Ambient temperature of the unit was 53*F using min/max thermometer. Person in charge stated the tomatoes were placed in the unit approximately three hours prior to inspection and relocated them to the walk-in to rapid cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

All salads internal temperatures are from 44*F-52*F. PIC confirmed internal temperatures and discarded prepared salads. Per employee the salads were prepared at 9am this morning.
