Inspector's notes

Observed the establishment's chemical dispenser directly connected to the water faucet with an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) backflow prevention device at the mop sink. At the time of inspection the water was turned on, causing prolonged pressure on the AVB. The establishment shall provide a dedicated water line for it's chemical dispenser to prevent the failure of the AVB backflow prevention device. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed individual containers of milk & chocolate milk located in the front display refrigeration case registering an internal temperature of 52°F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Establishment was using a faulty analog thermometer to monitor the temperature of the display case. The establishment discarded the faulty thermometer and replaced it with a functioning thermometer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
