Observed accumulation of sticky residue along the hoses that connect to the syrup pouches for soft drinks behind the soft drink fountain. Also observed nozzles that attach to the syrup pouches making contact with the ground. Informed PIC, who stated that the nozzles and hoses shall be removed and cleaned immediately. Ensure all non-TCS food contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch and are not stored in a way where there is risk of contamination from environment. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
