Observed three counter-top ice blender machines with condensate lines not draining into a floor sink. Two are draining on the floor next to the floor sink and one in the prep sink. Discussed with PIC that all wastewater needs to be drained directly into a floor sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
