Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Recieved phone call from manager, stated technician stated no repairs were required, after testing regularly minimum temperature of 160 *F is not being reached and are contacting a technician for a second opinion. High temperature diswashing machine has been posted out of order until repairs can be completed. When machine is in use again, health department will be contacted. Three compartment sink is in use until then.

Predefined Comment: When food-contact surfaces are being sanitized with hot water in a dish machine, the surface temperature must reach at least 160°F as measured by an irreversible registering temperature measuring device to destroy pathogens that may remain on such surfaces after cleaning. Please repair prior to 7.24. All dishes will be washed in three compartment sink until repairs are completed.
