Observed wiping cloths in red bucket with no sanitizer solution. Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer with 100 ppm bleach based sanitizer. Sanitizer was added to wiping cloths. Advised owner to fill larger container with sanitizer and fill buckets from that solution. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
