Applications with supporting documentation can be submitted via the customer portal "Permit Center" online at maricopacountyaz-energovweb.tylerhost.net/apps/selfservice#/home.*The espresso machine is draining into a bucket and not to a floor drain, new equipment was added, a vent was installed, and the establishment has a RO system but no RPZ installed.

Observed the hand wash sink without drying provisions. PIC re-stocked the hand wash sink with paper towels. Each handwashing sink must be provided with hand drying provisions at all times.
