Deli ham, beef and turkey removed from their original packages are stored on display reach in cooler in touch with the shelf. Shelf is greasy and not clean to sight. Manager was advised to stored deli meats in clean containers and not directly on the cooler shelves. Food were removed and stored on cleaned and sanitized trays.
