Monitor refrigeration equipment to assure ambient air temperatures are at 41*F or below if units are to house TCS foods. -- Facility has in current use following homestyle equipment in food preparation area:- Kitchen Aid and Hot Point refrigeration/freezersFood permit is to have approved, commercial grade equipment throughout facility that is used for customer production.
