No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed small amount of gnats on roof of establishment. Manager stated they had a previous issue prior to management change, and have deep cleaned all drains this week. Person in charge stated all staff is under strict direction to keep all drink stations clean. Staff removed all donuts to discourage pests and has a work order to continue to address the remaining few gnats. Corporate is aware and is sending assistance.

Observed the walk-in door popping back open after being shut. The door would only remain closed when the handle was forcibly pushed to latch. Ensure this is repaired so the walk-in cooler door can close and seal automatically when shut. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
