Observed two burgers on floor of freezer outside their packaging. Discussed with person in charge keeping all ingredients safely stored in protective packaging and 6 inches off the ground. PIC disposed of burger patties immediately and stated they only use appropriately stored patties, and these ones had fallen out on accident. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
