No County legal action will result from this inspection.Upon arrival, the Person in Charge (PIC) informed the inspector that the walk-in cooler was not maintaining temperature. A repair ticket had been submitted and all TCS food was removed from the walk-in and placed into other working refrigeration units throughout the establishment before the inspection started.
Inspector's notes
Observed the walk-in door popping back open after being shut. The door would only remain closed when the handle was forcibly pushed to latch. Ensure this is repaired so the walk-in cooler door can close and seal automatically when shut. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
