Observed buildup of food debris in microwave and microwave door, on sides of cupboard doors at eating/drinking station and trash can cupboard doors. Discussed with PIC that non-food contact surfaces are required to be cleaned more frequently to prevent accumulation of organic matter, food, dirt and dust debris.
