Observed organic matter build up inside one of the ice bins of a soda machine nearest to dry storage entrance. Ice machines need to be cleaned more frequently to prevent growth of organic matter. PIC stated that they would increase the cleaning frequency. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed Quat to be higher then 400ppm in sanitizer bucket underneath the cashier counter. Establishment had quat sanitizer test strips readily acessible. Sanitizer was diluted by PIC to approved levels at time of inspection. Sanitizer must be used at concentrations and in an approved manner per manufacturer instructions, must be maintained between 150-400ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
