At time of inspection observed a food handler use a gloved hand to put a raw burger patty on the griddle, then pulled off their gloves before putting on new gloves and returning to food preparation without washing their hands in between glove changes. After instruction, the food handler washed their hands and put on new gloves. Staff shall wash their hands after engaging in activities that may contaminate the hands.
