observed Ice scoop attached holster, next to ice machine panel, had some accumulation, and the ice scoop in it. discussed with staff and manager. frequency of removal and sanitizing reviewed. also to avoid an stagnant environment, manager will provide some drilled drainage. staff removed and sanitized the scoop and the holster Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

observed on site washed utensils were placed on a portable table covered with cloth towels and washed utensils placed on it. discussed with staff and PIC regarding ensuring once the utensils have been properly washed and rinsed and sanitized, to utilize the existing draining boards, already attached to final basin. staff removed all washed/air dried utensils. a training for dishwashing staff will be provided. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
