Observed 2 open personal beverages in the back of the kitchen. Alerted the manager, who placed a lid on both beverages at the time of inspection. Discussed employee beverage storage and employee eating. Employees must store personal food and drinks in a designated area away from food prep areas. Eating must always occur in a designated location away from food and food contact surfaces. Drinking from closed containers (sealable water bottles or cups with lids and straws) is permitted if drinks are stored in a designated area away from food and food contact surfaces. Observed a bag of fries (65°F) on the counter by the fry station. Alerted the manager, who moved the fries to the bottom of the prep table across from the fryers.
