Observed dishwasher dispensing 0 ppm of chlorine sanitizer in the final rinse. Sanitizer bottle was empty and was changed, and a concentration of 100ppm chlorine was achieved. All dishwashers must dispense 50-100 ppm of chlorine sanitizer in the final rinse to ensure proper sanitization of food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
