Observed salad and ranch made in house with an internal temperature of 47*F in reach-in cooler behind cash register. Unit indicated ambient air temperature was at 48*f and had ice build up in the back of unit. Manager stated unit will be disconnected and serviced and will not be used until it is holding temperatures below 41*f. Both TCS items were removed from refrigerator and moved into a working unit.
