Observed no hot water at the hand sink or 3 compartment sink located in the room dedicated to cleaning the bins used for self-service items. The person in charge determined that one boiler had been turned off. He turned the boiler on, and the water temperatures now read 100F+. Hot water temperatures at hand sink and 3 compartment fixtures must have a minimum temperature of 100F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
