Observed raw food debris on cutting glove and knife sharpener that were being stored directly in sanitizer compartment. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to ware washing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Please remove food debris in wash compartment to ensure proper sanitization is occurring in final ware washing step. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
