Inspector's notes

Observed bar low temp chlorine dishwasher in use at time of inspection with a concentration of 0ppm. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Establishment will use dishwasher in kitchen until bar dishwasher is testing properly. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
