Observed bar low temp chlorine dishwasher in use at time of inspection with a concentration of 0ppm. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Establishment will use dishwasher in kitchen until bar dishwasher is testing properly. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed chlorine test strips expired in 2023 for bar dishwasher. Adequate test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Person in charge ordered chlorine test strips at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
