Observed hand washing sink in bar area with drainage pipe broken. Establishment was using a bucket inside basin of sink to collect water. PIC relocated bucket to below sink for drainage at time of inspection. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Chlorine sanitizer solution at in-use mechanical dishwasher at bar was measured at 0ppm after running the machine several times. Chlorine sanitizer solutions shall be maintained at 50-100ppm for food contact surfaces. PIC moved recently-washed dishes to 3-compartment sink to be cleaned manually. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Quat sanitizer concentration from dispenser was verified to be within the acceptable range.
