Discussed with PIC that a consumer advisory disclosure method needs to be added to the burgers that come with a fried egg. Discussed with PIC that if burger are offered undercooked, they need a disclosure method on each of the burgers or the header.

Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Reminded PIC that a consumer advisory cannot be on a children's menu and nothing for them can be served undercooked.
